How To Lift Heavy Weights Without Injury



I’m finding that most beginners when they come to working out know now that you need to lift somewhat heavy in order to make progress. But how do you lift heavy weights without injury? Here are some tips on how to correctly lift heavy objects without wrecking yourself.

First of all, make sure that your technique is dialed in. That happens through lots of reps and sets at lighter weights so you have an opportunity to figure out the form.

Next, having spotter arms or someone else there to help you out if things don’t go well is a great plan to make sure that you stay intact through your training protocol.

And last but not least, don’t lift with your ego. If it starts to hurt your joints, you’re probably doing something wrong. So taking a break from that movement and getting a little technique analysis or getting a coach is probably a fantastic way to make sure that you’re okay.
