Low carb and high protein salad.

Recipe:
– 40 grams lettuce
– 2 cucumbers
– a tomato
– a bell pepper
– chia seeds
– sesame seeds
– 180 grams cottage cheese – 20 grams protein
– 80 grams cooked chicken breast – 25 grams protein
– few olives and little olive oil
– Himalayan salt
– Lemon juice or diluted apple cider vinegar
